President Holgato of tlio Farmers5 Bank last week secured the assistance of Pinkerton’s Detective Agency and the result was the arrest of his absconding book keeper Tuesday of this week in New York Oity. No cluo was obtained until Saturday afternoon, when it was found that the boy was in Buda tho night of the robbery. From there ho was traced to Chicago and a general search made in tho hotels and boarding houses there. Tuesday morning Mr. Holgato received a telegram saying that young Hamilton bought a ticket in Chicago Saturday afternoon for New Yorklt;and talked of stojDping'at Niagara Falls. At two o’clock a telegram was received saying that the boy was arrested in New York City and would soon bo on tho way home. Yesterday morning Sheriff Adams and Mr. Holgato left for Chicago to meet the officer from New York. It is probable that they will return this evening -with the prisoner. Tho dispatch said that he had §2,100 when arrested. The books of the bank show that he took $3,055.
