A little child of Mr. A. S. Bailey, of the Clarinda JStav9 died last week of cholera infantum, aged twenty-two months. During the time when the child was very low, Mr. Bailoy who does much of his own work, was at homo attending it. Coming down street about 5 o’clock in the afternoon, ho was surprised to End the Star on sale as usual, notwithstanding his absence. A lot of the printers from other offices had gone into the office determined that the Star should twinkle as usual, notwithstanding its editor’s af-flction.
