Bums of Ar-iinton, Va., Mrs Gerald Heltz-man of Albany, W-s., and Mrs. Bruce Bramard of Ada, Minn.;' a son, Earl T. Kiay of Orange Cuy, and two sisters. Mrs. Wsl-1 ham Hardy of Tacoma Park, Md„ and Mrs. B. B. Rozeboom of Ames.Mrs. Klay was the widow of the late Judge T. E. Klay, who died June 36, 1963.
