Four Delta Sigma Theta Founders Expected At 25th National MeetWASHINGTON, D. C., Aug. 11. —Four of the 17 living founders of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority are expected in the Nation's Capital for the sorority's 25th national convention to be held in the Statler-Hilton Hotel August 17-28.Due to attend the seven days of sessions consisting of public service workshops, panel discussions, tours, luncheons, concert recitals, banquets and balls are the following iounders:Mrs. Winona Cargile Alexander, a Jacksonville, Fla., schoolteacher; Mrs. Elisa P. Shippen,1 a retired college professor, of Washington,D. C.; Mrs. Florence L. Toms, a retired District of Columbia school teacher, and Mm. Myra Davis Hemmings, a San Antonio, Tex. school teacher.Founded in 1918 at Howard University, Washington, D.
