PECULIAR ACCIDENTCAUSES DEATHThomas G. Kennedy, of Galena, died Saturday night from injuriea received late Friday night when he waa run over by hia own automobile. He and Mrs. Kennedy had been out riding and had returned home and Mr. Kennedy was about to put hi* car in his gu-rage. The garage seta on the creat of a small hill. He had set hia emergency brake as he thought securely, got out of the car and w*s about to open the garage door when hia car started to bock down the hill. He ran for it and attempted to jump onto the running board to aet the brake which had broken looee; but in the effort *»-■slipped and slid under the car so fa-that the front wheels passed over his abdomen.
