lair, tins being tue second one Held.—Isaac Andersou, father of Silas Anderson, died suddenly Monday night lt;*t near midnight. He was at work Monday, and complained but very little, if any, of not being well. At near midnight Mrs. Anderson wakened and noticed that his breathing j was not natural, and tried to arouse him, but could not, and he died in a short time. The county coroner viewed the remains Tuesday and his verdict was that death was caused bv heart failure. Mr. Anderson was an ex-soldier of the Civil War and has had his home with his son Silas since the family located here* several years ago. He was a mao of very quiet habits, and spent all his leisure time with the family circle. He was seventy -five years* h %/old.The funeral will occur at the Presbyterian church this afternoon, and the remains will be interred in the Hagerstown cemetery.
