She has been with the Chamber since 1995. She is a native of Port Arthur and a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School. She has an associate’s degree from Lamar State College and her parents are MtilVies from Motiva (formerly Tfexaco. Keith is the mother of two sons and five grandchildren.Casey is the new assistant refinery manager of operations. He joined Motiva Port Arthur June 1 after being manager of reliability and maintenance at Equilon’s Los Angeles Refining Company.He is a graduate of California Polytechnic State Uni-versity with a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical and materials engineering. He is married and the father of three children.Tom Purves is refinery manager. Other community committee members are Jayne Smith, Claudine Patteson, Chief Chffbrd Barbay, Jenny Kerr, Lawrence Pierre, Irene McCall, Mike Miller, Ernestine Wade, Phyllis Charles, Bill Worsham, Bobby Fbemster, Fernando Ramirez and Bill Wimberley.
