Children’s projectgets $1,000 giftPresentation of $1,000 to the Santa Fe Children’s Project was the highlight of recent ceremonies opening jB’s Restaurant Inc., which operates the new JB’s Big Boy Family Restaurant on St. Francis Drive in Santa Fe.Commenting on the name change from VIP’s Big Boy to JB’s Big Boy, Clark D. Jones, president of the Salt Lake City-based restaurant chain, said it was done with several new changes in the restaurants and to add more cohesiveness to the operation of the company.
