Hook Up Now^ Residents of Manhattan Beach in Wahpeton have been, requested to make connection to the sewer system within the next 60 days.The request is made in order to save the expense to the property owners of establishing the connections after the street is resurfaced. Usual costs for disrupting the 18 feet of road surface area- needed,to make sewer connections is $20, plus $5 for inspection However, since the street is to. resurfaced, only the $5 inspection; * fee roll be~ charged, if residents make their hook ups within the next 60 days.
