Obituary—Fredrick Frisbie Fredrick Willets Frisbie, son of William C. and Elizabeth P. Frisbie, was born in Morgan Park, Ill., April 8, 1875, and died at a Beatrice hospial July 26, at the age of 82 years, 3 months and 18 days. He came to Diller with his parents when he was eight years old. He married Zaidee Zee Dow ling December 24, 1907,at Den ver. Cole, Mr. and Mrs. Frisbie established their first home on a farm near Diller, where they lived until 1934, when they mov ed to a farm south of Beatrice. To this union six children were born. He was affiliated with the Methodist Church. Survivors are his wife; four sons: Ralph, Cherokee, Iowa, Leonard, Campbell, Don, Diller, and Norman, Denver; two daughters: Mrs. L. Devere Hale, Encampment, Wyo., and Mrs. George R. Lampe, Beatrice; 15 grandchildren, four great grand children; and one brother, Al bert, Diller. Memorial services were July 29 from the Beatrice Centenary Methodist Church, the Rev. Walter L. Jewett, officiating In terment in the Diller cemetery. Casket bearers were Ralph Fris bie, Leonard Frisbie, Donald Frisbie, Norman Frisbie, George Lampe, L. DeVere. Bob Carter, 15-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Carter of 1070 Sturgis, Hillsboro, Oregon, has been named among the na tion’s best model car designers and builders. He won first place in Oregon for his age division in the 1957 Fisher Body craftsman’s guild model car competition. The award brings $150 and trophy, and his model will be entered in the national contest. Last year, competing in Ne braska, Carter won fourth place and $25 with his model. The guild awards $115,000 annually in cash and university scholar ships to the nation’s best teen age model car designers and builders. Bob is a grandson of the late Ira Carter and Mrs. Carter of
