Kenmore Report Of “Flying Saucer”There was a stir at Kenmore Mental Hospital at 9.50a,m last Tuesday when a report went around that a white object, like an inverted saucer or parachute,” had been seen flying at aeroplane speed to the east of the hospital area.Attendant R. Mills said his attention was directed to the object by two patients.He watched the flight of the object for several minutes as it passed along the range beyond the railway line. - •It was flying at the speed of a 'plane, was all white and looked like an inverted saucer, he said. “It’ came from the direction of Rocky Hill and passed over the Cookbun-doon Ranges.He added: It was at about 4000 feet and.there was no noise whatsoever. Usually when a ’plane passes anywhere in that direction it can be heard distinctly.
