FUNERAL OF ALLEN C. ORRICK; FORMER POLICE BOARD HEADThe funeral of Allen C. Orrick, lawyer and .former Police Board president, will be at 10 o’clock tomorrow morning at the home of his sister, Mrs. Florence Pettus 4367 Westminster place. .Burial* will be in Bellefontaine Cemetery.1 Col. Orrick, 74 years old and un-! married died Monday night in his; apartment at 320 Union boulevard, I after more than two months’ ill-, ness. .He was a graduate of old Smith Academy, of Yale University and Harvard Law School, and had practiced law in St Louis for 51 years, except for two periods of military service. He was an artillery corporal In the Spanlsh-Araerican War, serving in PuertoRico, and was a lieutenant-colonel of cavalry in the First World War. He was a member of the law firm of Nagel, Kirby, Orrick Shep-ley, another member of which, Daniel N. Kirby, died June 24.
