Indianapolis, Aug. 15. — The Knights of the Klu Klux Klan of Georgia filed articles of incorporation as a “patriotic fraternal order, de signed to teach and inculcate among its membership respect for the Stars and Stripes and the constitution and to strengthen the majesty and su premacy of the regular and organized forces of the law and to increase pa triotism of the purest kind.’ Wil liam Joseph Simmons and L. D. Wade are signatories of the articles. Active Organization of the Klan has been in progress in Indiana for some time, it is understood.
