He is highly possessed of that broad business Judgment necessary to a successful administration In any office. He la full of energy, scrupulously honest and worthy of any position of honor or trust to which he would aspire.on account of the responsibilities of manhood falling upon him early In his teens In the death of his father, he oc-,mired a business training before his maturity much superior to that of theaverage business man of mature years.
