Riotous Negroes.Tbe (rial of the gang of negroes, charged with riotous conduct at Washington on election day, ended Saturday evening. Thirteen of the accused were held over by Judge Coons, in the sum of $200 each to answer the charge at the neat term of the Circuit Court The namee of thoee held over are: Joe White, Enoa Barnet, Harrieon Vance, Burt Jordan, Thornton Allen, James Payne, Wm. Whaley, Jan. Clemons, Thomas Higgs, Robert Lang-home, Wm. Jackson, Bob Garrison and James Fields. Robert Laughorne executed bond and was released. Tbe rest were sent to jail in default of bail.
