City School Bus Routes ChangedThe school bus routes for the Greensburg Community Schools have been changed from preceding years. The purpose of the changes is to accommodate the students riding buses.The new routes are arranged so that the Junior and Senior High School students will be picked up first in the morning and delivered to their school in time for most buses to return for a second trip to pick up elementary students.All elementary schools which include Billings, Jerman, Rosenmund and Washington, will start at 8:30 a.m.The shuttle bus routes have also been changed and the students will be transported as follows:Junior and Senior High School students walking to the Jerman School will be transported by Bus No. 1,driven by Bill Bower and Bus No. 6, driven by Ross Davis.Junior and Senior High School students walking to Billings will be transported by Bus No. 2, driven by Richard Martin.Junior and Senior High School students walking to St. Mary’s will be transported by Bus No. 4, driven by Norman Weber.Junior and Senior High School students living in Cory Addition will be transported on Bus No. 7, driven by Harry Wright.Junior and Senior High School students living in Wespiser, Ryle Addition and on Park Road will be transported on Bus No. 8, driven by Norman Cox.Junior and Senior High School students living in Edgewood Acres, Wingham and Brewsaugh Additions will be transported by Bus No. 11, driven by LarryKitchin.Junior and Senior High School students living in Highland, Richardson and Hincrest Additions will be transported on Bus No. 12, driven by Cecil Hull.Junior and Senior High School students living on Harris City Road and those walking to the Washington School will be transported by Bus No. 14, driven by Clarence Martin.Junior and Senior High School students living in Davis, Greenview, Sunset and Lincoln Pak Additions will be transported by Bus No. 15, driven by Forrest Goodman.These students will be returned home on the same bus in the evening. The Junior and Senior High School will be dismissed in the evening at approximately 3:15 p.m., allowing for more students tobe home by 4 p.m.Elementary Schedule The shuttle bus for the elementary students will be as follows:Elementary students in Edgewood, Wingham and Brewsaugh Additions will be transported by Bus No. 1, driven by Bill Bower.Fifth and sixth grade students that walk to Rosenmund will be transported by Bus No. 1 to Jerman Elementary.Elementary students living in Highland and Richardson Additions will be transported by Bus No. 2 driven by Richard Martin.Students who attend St. Mary's who walk to Jerman will be transported by Bus No. 2.Elementary students living on Moscow Road and west and north of the interstate and those living in Vista Village will be transported by Bus No. 4, driven by Norman Weber.Elementary students living on Park Road and in Ryle Addition will be transported by Bus No. 5, driven by Wayne Davis.Students who attend St Mary’s and Jerman that walk to Washington School will be transported by Bus No. 5, driven by Wayne Davis.Students who attend Jerman School and walk to SL Mary’s will be transported by Bus No. 5, driven by Wayne Davis.Elementary students living in Hillcrest will be transported by Bus No. 6, driven by Ross Davis.St. Mary’s students who walk to Rosenmund and Billings will be transported by Bus No. 6, driven by Ross Davis.Elementary students living on Harris City Roadwill be transported by Bus No. 7 driven by Harry Wright.St. Mary’s students who walk into Jerman will be transported by Bus No. 8 driven by Norman Cox.Elementary students living in Wespiser Addition will be transported on Bus No. 9 driven by Dale Riedeman.Elementary students living in Cory Addition will be transported on Bus No. 14, driven by Clarence Martin.Elementary students living in Davis, Greenview, Sunset and Lincoln Park Additions and those picked up on Fifth Street will be transported by Bus No. 15, driven by Forrest Goodman.Anyone with questions regarding the transportation of their child may call the Administration Office, 663 -4774.
