ARRESTED FOB FRAUD.Broker Wanted in Tennessee Arrested in New York.New York.—Frank N. Bradshaw, a broker of this cKy, was arrested .here on request of Sheriff F. L. Mon-teverde, of Shelby county. Tennessee. who had said indictments found there charged Bradshaw with grand larceny, embezzlement and fraudulent breach of trust. The charges are said by the police to be In connection with the funds of the Sierra Juarez Mining Company, which is claimed to have advanced Bradshaw (4.000 f«or the purchase of reaJ estate In the 6tste of Oaxaca Mexico.
