Mrs. Rilla WatersST. JOHN — Mrs. Rill* Waters, 84, died at 4:25 p.m. Sunday at the St. John Veteran's Hospital after a long illness. Bom Sept. 9,11878, in Stafford County, she had been a life - long resident of the St. John community. She married William H. Waters, Dec. 16, 1903, at St. John. He died Li April of this year.She was a member of the First Methodist Church of St. John.Survivors include a son, Ralph of St. John; a daughter, Helen Waters of Cleveland, Ohio; three grandchildren.Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with the Rev. Arlyn Conard officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Park Cemetery in St. John. The family suggest memorials to the church. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Minnis Funeral Home in St. John.
