The balance wii. carry telephone facilities by a joint-use rental agreement between Southern Bell and the Southwest Electric Power Association. Over 1100 cross arms and great quantities of anchors and other material must be used. #The undertaking when completed will represent an investment by the telephone company of over $100,000.James M.
