August 13, 1937%Pond ProperlyOwners In SuitFifty-six owners of property on Great Hill Pond in Cobalt havembeen summoned to appear in Superior Court at the September term to act as defendants in an action brought by the GeorgeStratford Oakum Company of Jersey City, N. J., formerly of Cobalt.Judge Edwin C*. Dickinson of Hartford, in a special sitting of the Middlesex County Superior Court, on Friday granted the Jersey City concern, represented by Attorney Carlos Ellis Jr. of Middletown, an order to have 14 property owners appear as defendants next month. Forty-two owners had previously been summoned by writs.
