Making Effort to Save Little Motor Kar Co.Last Saturday evening thetrustees, local stock holders andfriends of the Little Motor KarCo., met at the City Hall, 0.M. Ward, W. E. Joov, I). A. Reese and Dr. J. E, Payne trustees,, explained to those present their mode of procedure to date since the Company wasthrown into the hands of thereceiver. Ehey have worked hard and have overcome seeming unsurmountable difficulties. Their report was received with enthusiasm, and many present promised to help, not only morally, but financially. Several enthusiastic speeches were made.The trustees later met and decided to establish ;an office with Dr. J. E. Payne. The purpose of this office will be to facilitate them in getting in touch withthe stockholders of the Company throughout the UnitedStates, also it will provide a place to receive stockholders who may come to investigate theCompany'n officers.he trustees inform us that they will fight the receiver through every court in theland. rather than see a solvent Company liquidated, and ask their Iriends to co-operate with them.Another meeting will be held next week.1111*
