The three young men John M unch, Jo'^n Shoemaker and Fred Dicker, whom it will be remembered were arrested for over driving three horses they had hired of George Dilge, the Second street Livery man, were tried in Cincinnati last Friday on the charge of cruelty to animals. They were convict, ed and in addition to a fine of $100 and costs, each was ordered to be confined in the Work-house for a term of ten days.
