Penney Co.She attended First Presbyterian Church, Sandusky, was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Erie Shores Network and was a volunteer for Sandusky City Schools.She is survived by three daughters, Debbie (Andrew) Maynard-Kraus, Becky (Paul) Maynard-Bath, both of Sandusky and Jackie (Tim) Maynard-Borsick ofMarlette, Mich.; two sons, Jerry of Norwalk and Michael ofJacksonville, N.C.; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren;three sisters, Betty Heaton of Bradenton, Fla., Jessie Browning of Belfry, Ky., and Lillian Beverley of South Williamson, W.Va.; andthree brothers, Millard Blackburn of Spokane, Wash., Charles Blackburn of Williamson, W.Va., and Ronnie Blackburn ofSimpsonville, S.C.She was preceded in death by her first husband, Arthur J. Maynard; her second husband, Virgil Finley; her parents, Millard and Sallie (Williamson) Blackburn; one sister, Joan Blackburn; and one brother, Clarence Blackburn. Friends may call 3-5 and 7-9 p.m.Monday at Groff Funeral Home,,1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky, where services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Elmer Novak will officiate.Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
