Nellye Taylor, pastor.The 36th annual convention of the National Colored Spiritualist Church Association will meet Aug. 14-21 in the city. Sessions will convene at 711 Montezuma Ave., with Rev. J. A. Barlow, natl. President in charge. Mrs. Jean E. Porter is the national secretary. Home offices of the association are located in Detroit, Mich. Taylor Memorial Interracial Spiritualist Church is the host church.A formal banquet is scheduled Monday, Aug. 15, 8 p.m. at Tate'sRose Room. Rev. E. W. Ford will be guest speaker. Clarissa Hall,local pianist and singer will provide special music.Aug. 16—Tuesday, Civic group meeting, Rev.
