Ballots returned by mai must be postmarked not latei* than August 17. (Ballots mi be returned in person, and, if so, must be returned to the County Office by five o’clock on August 17. Farmers and ranchers eligible to vote in the community election who do not receive ballots may obtain ballots at the County Office .which is located at the Glen Rose Hotel, Glen Rose, Texas.
