W. F. Gray, manager of the Times Mining company, will leave this morn ing for Los Angeles by way of King man. He has not divulged the nature of his mission, but admits that he is going on account of an important deal that is under way. It was only a few days ago that he closed a deal there for the merging of the water interests of his company with the Tom Reed Gold Mines company, and that the present deal is of as much or greater importance there is no ques tion. There is known to have been mat ters of moment with reference to the and it is believed that the present ac tivities of Mr. Gray will quickly bring these to a head.
