“Jim” Wright Temporarily Restrained In the Cass circuit court in chambers Tuesday morning Judge John S. Larry granted a restraining order in the case of Charles R. McCain, of Cass county, vs. James H. Wright, of Washington township, preventing Wright from en tering upon McCain’s land and cutting the timber from it. It appears that some time ago McCain sold a certain number of trees to Wright for $95 and afterwards was made to believe that they were worth a great deal more. He then brought suit to recede from the contract, claiming that he was ig norant of the value of the timber at the time the contract was entered into. The injunction proceedings will be heard September 4th.
