Madame ^HKin, Principal of the French and English Boarding and Day School for young Udien in Milwaukee, is now iu this city for a brief I visit, Her school bears a high reputation, and she has letters frorn Bishop Potter of J New \ ork, Count Montholou, French Consul General at New York, Madame Canda ot New \ ork, Ex-Senator Tallmadok and other well-known and competent judges, all peaking in high terms ot her qualifications as a teacher, and especially as a teacher of the French language.Madame S. will take eight or ten young £ ladies, as boarders iu her family, and instruct c them in all the branches usually taught in 5 seminaries for young ladies. French will j * be spoken in the family. Madame 5. is a 1 arisian by birth, and the opportunity for learning to speak the French language with correctness and purity is a rare one. She has also two competent English teachers connected with her school. She will remain in the city till to-morrow, and persons desirous of communicating with her can do' so by calling njam Mrs. N. W.
