Hurst is the Ad- Immistrator, de bouis dor, of the estate of said John 1Hurst, and that the said James 8. Morris petitions ffor titles in terms of said bond. It is therefore or- Idered: that George W. Hurst, Administrator, de Ibonis non, a* aforesaid, do show cause within the Itime prescribed by law, why he should not make ftitles to the said James S. Morris to said described Iland.
