tith, the Inferior Court of Burke county, fitting ns nCourt of Ordinary.IT appearing to the Court that John Hurst, late of said county, deceased, did on the fifth day of December, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, si make and deliver his bend to James S Morris, to make or cause to be made good and sufficient titles Ato lot Ne. 138, ia the 2d discrict aad 3d sectioa el /the Cherokee territory, and that the said John /Hurst departed this life without complying with said bond; and that George W. Hurst is the Ad- Immistrator, de bouis dor, of the estate of said John 1Hurst, and that the said James 8. Morris petitions ffor titles in terms of said bond. It is therefore or- Idered: that George W. Hurst, Administrator, de Ibonis non, a* aforesaid, do show cause within the Itime prescribed by law, why he should not make ftitles to the said James S. Morris to said described Iland. And it is further ordered: that a copy of this 1rule be published in one of the gazettes in the city of Augusta, or served upon the said administrator, in conformity with the provisions of the law.A true extract from the minutes.
