MAXINE BARKELL, plaintiff, against HELEN GOTTFRIED, defendant, in this Court to quiet title to land in Hillsdale Upon hearing and consideration of the verified Motion of plaintiff, attesting to the fact that the whereabouts of the defendant is unknown, and that therefore service upon the defendant of the Summons and a copy of the Com plaint in this action cannot be otherwise effectuated, and it appearing to the Court that the defendant can be best apprised of the pendency of this action by the publication of this Order in a newspaper, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defendant, HELEN GOTTFRIED, shall serve her answer on DONALD M. BLATY, attorney for the plaintiff, whose address is 930 Mason, Dearborn, M48124, answer or take such other action as may be permitted by law on or before the 31st day of October, 1989. Failure to comply with this Order may result in a judgment by default against this defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint filed in this Court.
