Mrs. Fay BilesPresident-ElectMrs. Fay Biles, assistant professor of physical education, is president-elect of the Physical Education Section of the Ohio College Assn.She will assume the top post during the section’s fall meeting. Mrs. Biles is also program chairman for the conference to he held at Denison University in November.
