Mrs. Mary Cooper visited several days at the homes of her grand children Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Coo per, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Weinfurter and Mr. and Mrs. George Langer at Wisconsin Rapids. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Cooper and son Edward spent Monday at Wis consin Rapids. Mr. and Mrs. Wilbert Bremer of Milwaukee arrived Thursday called by the serious illness of Mrs. Bre mer’s father, S. Zroney. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Fry, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Bull, Viola Bull and Mrs. Mary Friedkin attended the shower in honor of Miss Lucille Fry at Brokaw at the August Hal koski home. Mr. and Mrs. Roman Viduski and daughter Sandra who spent two weeks at the Henry Zivney home returned to Milwaukee on Satur day. Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Skibba and son Jack of Junction City vis ited at the Frank Manor home Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Carlson and family of Mosinee, Miss Bernadine Breuning and Thomas and Richard Southward of Marshfield spent Sunday evening at the William Breuning home. Mr. and Mrs. Adam K Shanek attended the wedding of Adam Czaikowski and Margaret Tremlat. Bleaker Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. August Halkoski and son of Brokaw, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Halkoski of Nekoosa visited Sunday at the Glen Fry home. Mrs. Mary Freidlein returned from Gutemberg, Iowa, where she attended the funeral of her sister -in-law. Corporal Sylvan Bienker of Jef ferson Barracks, Mo., visited his sister Mrs. Joseph Krummel on Monday.
