SCHUYLERMrs. Robert Schuyler, who for anumber of years has been prominently identified with affairs of the Methodist church and Woman’s Relief Corps of Hammond, died suddenly this morning at her home, 178 Detroit st. She was 68 years old.She had resided in Hammond for£0 years. The husband is connectedwith the Standard Steel Car Co.Although they may not have knownher name, hundreds of HammondBoy Scouts were familiar with thework of Mrs. Schuyler. She had aleading part for years in preparingthe food for the annual father and son banquets and she generally took part in the ceremonies whenever the W. R. C. presented a Scout troop with a new American flag.The husband is the only near relative in this vicinity. The body will be taken to Williamsport, Pa., after funeral services are held at 10:30 o'clock Tuesday morning at the Emmerling: chapel. The Woman’s Relief Corps will be in charge.
