I have seized and will proceed to sell at public auction to the last and highest bidder at the Court House door in the town of 8t. Martinville between the legal hours onSaturday, Sept 8th, 1900,the following described property to-wlt:The uudivided rights, title, interest and share of the defendant Pierre Martinet in und to the Succession of Hypo-llte Martinet und Marie Benoit his wife being No. 3031 of the Probate Docket of the 19th Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. Martin, La., said Succession consisting, as her Iventory on file of the following described property to-wit:1. **A certain town lot together with the buildings and imporvemente thereon situated in the Corporation of St. Martinville, La., measuring and containing 4 arpents in superficial area, bounded on the North bv lots of Charles Guirard and F. Dantrieul, ou the Kast by College street, on the Sonth by Church and on the West by Vivier street.”2. “Another town lot, together with the buildings and improvements thereon situated in the Corporation of St. Martinville. La., mpasorlng and containing.
