The Jouknai# agency has made three land sales this week, in which considerable cash figured. The McKenny ranch on Little Skoeknm bay was sold to James Cash man, a teamster employed in the Simpson camps at Matlock, for $600; and the two remaining forty-acre traets held by the Northern Pacific in the Skokomish valley, to Julias Richert and John Hedberg, the price being $6 per acre.
