* N/UII JWe learn also that a dwelling house in Brooklyn occupied by Mr. Devanport, bookkeeper for Bowen McNamee, corner of Beaver and William sts, was struck by lightning. The house but little injured. A black woman, who was engaged at washing, was severely shocked, but recovered without serious injury.
