COLGATE PALMOLIVEhas appointed Ronald B. Scott of Westport director of sports pub licity, the company announced recently. Mr. Scott will oversee press coverage of Colgate's na tional and international sports events in golf and tennis, as well as the Colgate Women’s Games track and Held series.
