Dryden,The barn of Darias J Clement, on the, Dryden road, was struck by lightning on Sunday afternoon last. The barnprotected by a rod, but the lightning set fire to a quantity of loose haj ' I) mg near it, and ftom thence the fire communicated to the bac«, and from thence to another barn and a shed, all of which were destrojed. There were about thirty loads of hay in the barns. The property was uninsured.—IthacaJouiymL
