Mortgage Sale.DEFAULT having been made in the payment vf the sum of fifly dollars and thirty-two cents, claimed to be due at the date of this notice, upon a certain Mortgage bearing date, Januajy 2d, 1856, and the further sum of eeyeu hundred doUars^to-getter with the interest annually thereon, tromthe ►aid 2d day of January , 1856. to liecome due then on, on the 2d day of January, 1801. executed by Thomas Jcnes and Mary Jones bis wife: to Tfco:n» Pepper, Recorded in the office of the Clerk ot Allegany County, in Book No. 16 of Mortgage*, Ftp 93,oii the 2d day of April. 1856, at 12 M., and which Mortgage ww bareiefore duly assigned Co Irabeotiey. Now therefore, in pursuance of a power of sale contained in said Mortgage, and recorded therewith, and of the statute in such case made and provided, the premiss described in and covered by said Mortgage, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land situate .n the tow a of Granger, eouuty of Allegany and State of New York, and in the tract which D/B. lt;fc T. L- Ogden, Esquires,'conveyed to WiUiaus Short, that is to say. eighty acres on the north side of let number twenty time, in township number six, and in said town of Granger, and bounded as follows: South by Aaron Van Nostranda lands, thence west to the weat due of the lot. west by Jonea Van Nostrands Mill lot, north by the north line of said lot number twenty-nine, and east by a parallel, line running..south on .the lines of different pet eons owning lands deed d from the parties of the first part, to contain eighty acr.i of land.
