MRS. SIEBELT HARRIS,LONGTIME GRANT TWP.RESIDENT DEAD AT 75Mrs. Siebelt Harms, 75, longtime Grant township resident, died Monday at Sacred Heart hospital where she had been hospitalized one day.She was born Dec. 22, 1886, in Grant township and resided on a farm in that township until retiring to Le Mars in 1953. Her home here was located at 327 2nd Ave. NW.Eta Catharina Lubben was a daughter of the late Harm and Maria Johnson Ahlfs Lubben. She married Mr. Harms on Jan. 24, 1907, in Grant township.Mrs. Harms was a lifelong member of Christ Lutheran church in Grant township, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday. Rev. Dennis D. Mueller wil officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of Mauer’s funeral home.- Surviving are the widower, Siebelt; three sons, Jurgen of Ireton and Harm and Fred, both of Le Mars; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, and three brothers, Henry and John Lubben, both of Le Mars, and Gerd Lubben of Fergus Falls, Minn.She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Mrs. Oscar (Marie) Asmu's-sen, a grandchild and two sisters.
