The other two are still being sought.On the advice of his attorney, Brockman refused to talk.Ellerman and Brockman, were identified in a police show-up j by the three women and a com-: p'anion who was not assaulted.Detective Inspector Ernest Brown said the information will j be turned over to the county at-i torney’s office io be placed before ‘ the grand jury for indictment.Brown said Ellerman readily admitted his part in the assault.Ellerman related that the four were in his car and saw the girls sitting on a porch.
