Ellerman. 26, j j one of four men sought -since the j I attack a week ago. i Ellerman • and Richard Brockman. 19, surrendered to Detectives Sergents William Pattavina and Frank Hummel in a previously arranged meeting in downtown Omaha. The other two are still being sought.On the advice of his attorney, Brockman refused to talk.Ellerman and Brockman were identified in a police show-up by the three women and a companion who was not assaulted. Detective Inspector Ernest Brown said the information will be turned over to the county attorney’s office to be placed before the grand jury for indictment.Brown said Ellerman readily admitted his part in the assault.Ellerman related that the four were in his car and saw the girls sitting on a porch.
