‘Administrator’s Sale. Vieaye of the Ordinary of Burke county, Georgia, I will selb at public auction, on the first Tuesday in September, 1873, before the Court-house door in Swainsboro’, Eman uel county, between the Iswful hours of sale, to the ‘highest bidder, the following lands and improvements thereon, belonging to the cof Colonel James Grubbs, late of Burke county, to with one house and lot in the village of Sum merville, containing one hundred acres, more or less, cdjoteine lents of F. A Jones, Wm. Donovan and other lands of said estate, and known as the “Perry Place.” 7 JAlso, one house and lot in’ the village’ of Summerville, containing two hundred acres, more or less, adjoining lands of Welcome Coleman, Wm. Nosworthy and F. A. Jones and known as the “Black Place.” Also, one house and lot in said, village, containing twenty-five acres, more or less, adjoining lands of Wm. Donovan, Mary ,A. os and the Academy lands, known as e os . Also, one house and lot in faid in con taining four acres, more or less, ini lands of F. A. Jones, J. 8. Inman, and the Place where Adelaide Pierce now resides, and known as the “Churchill Place.” Also, one house and lot is said village, con taining one hundred and fifty acres, more or less, adjoining lands of F. A. Jones, Dr. L. B. Bouchelle, Wm. Nasworthy, A. G. Inman, and other lands of said estate, and known as «Colonel Grabbs’ Homestead.” Also, one house and lot in said vill containing fifty acres, more or less, adjoin ing lands of said estate, and bounded on all sides by lands of estate, and known as the “Hansolt Place,” ~~ Also, one house ‘and lot in said village, containing one hundred and fifty acres, more or leas, adjoining lands of Dr. L. B. Bou chelle and other lands of said estate, and known as the “Col. Grubbs’ Old Place.” Also, 4 tract or parcel of improved land containing two hundred acres, more or less, scicining lands of Reuben Boatright, A. 8. Kirkland, J. M. Wiggins, and lands of said estate, and known as the “J. A. Murphree Place.” Comfortable dwelling and out hou ses on said land. All the foregoing described houses and lots and tracts of land; situate, lying, and being in the county of Emanuel, State of Georgia —most of them well improved with Dwell ings and out houses, in a healthy locality— sold for distribution, and for the payment of debts of deceased, without reserve bid. Beasley now resides, adjoining lands of Simeon Durden ‘and oth ers, containing two hundred and fifty acres more or less. Levied on as the property of William Beasley, to satisfy two files, issued from the Justices Court of the 395th district GML, one favor of E. Coleman vs Wm. Beasley, and the other in favor of D. L. Ricks, vs Wm. Beasley. Levies made and returned to me by a Constable. Also, at the same time and place, will be sold, one tract of land in the 58th district, G. M. of said county of Emanuel, adjoining lands of J. D. Kennedy and J. C. McDilda and others, containing two hundred and fif ty acres more or less. Levied on as the pro perty of L. G. Moore, to satisfy a fine issued from the Justices Court of the 1208th district G. M. in favor of Matthew Spence vs J. D. Jones and N. G. Moore. Levy male and re turned to me by @ Constable. . Also, at the same time and place will be sold, four hundred acres of pine land, ad joining lands of Owen McGar and others. Anderson, D. O. Cowart h and others. Levied on as the property of Isaac Johnson to satisfy one Superior Court file in favor of John Phillips, Guardian, vs. Elijah Lamb. Also, at the same time and place will be sold, one hundred and forty (140) acres of land, more or less, situated in the 49th Dis trict, G. 34, of said county, adjoining lands of F. A Jones, Elbert Walker and others, levied upon as the property of Elijah Lamb to satisfy one Superior Court file in favor of John Phillips, Guardian, vs. Elijah Lamb. Also, at the same time and place will be sold, thirteen hundred and sixty-two (1,362) acres of land, more or less, situated in the 49th District, a. m., of said county, adjoining lands of E. B.
