The newly organized Women's Golf and Tennis Club of New Jer sey has just purchased the farms of 247 acrea in Morristown, Joan C. Chrystal, of Summit, and Mrs.E. H. Fanshawe, of Morristown, col laborated as brokers in the *trans potion. The farm purchased’ is on Mt. Kemble avenue, and was pur chased from Henry Niese.* ‘The club will lay out the property as a country club similar ‘to the West’ Theater Women's Golf and Tennis Club and the Women’s National Golf and Tennis Club on ‘Long Island. Both these latter were or ganized under Devereux Bromet who has organized’ the new club. The’ new club is also negotiating for additional properties, adjacent to the farm. Just purchased, for ad ditional acreage to provide for their extensive plans.
