O----Prosecuting Attorney W. A. Oldfield came down from Bateeville Thursday to prosecute before Justice Guy Smith the cases against L. B. Boon and Robert Hardy, the latter a negro, which were under trial in the afternoon, but too late for the results to be announced in this issue.
