What la It.'Columbus Herald, 5th: A watchman at the cerealine mills reports seeing a strange looking ball of lire in the east about three o’clock yesterday morning, slowly descending. It was about forty-live degrees above the horizon, and as it came down small piecas resembling paper would fall from it and blaze up brightly until consumed Our Jnformant looks upon this as the strangest phenomena he ever witnessed. The 1 gentleman who saw this strange ball of fire is reliable and not given to exaggeration or budge.
