Catholic Outrages in Wolverhampton.’—JM; Wolverhampton, which was recently distinguished by the rather vanp controversies, an anti-papal lecturer, called flaron de Camin, and the Irish labourers of the town, a city missionary named Clarke has been yery severely beaten by “ the Homans,” He was preaching on Sunday morning at the corner of the street, when he was hustled by some Irishmten, knocked down, and kicked till he became insensible. He was also wounded in the head by a stone. Such outrages as these ought to be put down vigorously.
