Joplin Foremost shaded Sar coxie, 3-1, and Joplin All-Stars hurdled Granby, 8-4, in action Wednesday night in the second annual Joplin Pony League Invi tational baseball meet. Greg Ash scattered four hits and collected a pair of safeties to lead Foremost to victory, Brady Rapp rapped three hits including a two-run single in the third inning and a two-run dou ble in the sixth to pace the All- Stars. Kevin Gillogly also de livered a two-run double for the All-Stars in the sixth frame.
