The Diphtheria is raging about Eagle City. In the family of H. Dodson, two boys, one nine and the other fifteen have already died, and there are six more children seriously sick. Mrs. Dodson is a sister of Mrs. J. N. De-Groff. Mr. and Mrs. DeGroff were summoned on Monday morning to at -tend the funeral of the bojs. On Wednesday Mrs. DeGroff was sent for, with a notice that the sick children were no better, and they needed more help to care for them.
