Articles of Association were filed with the Secretary at State yesterday, for tbeSTUflTiile rad Indianapolis Railroad, of which we spoke a few days since. The design is to construct a rail* road about ninety miles long, from Evansrille through the counties of Yan-derburg, Warren, Gibson, Pike, Dubois, and Greene, to a point 01^ the India*tmpoHs it VfraaiUI lUilew^m Greenoounty. The capital stock is 1300,000^ rad the Directors are Francis Fellows Albert G. Porter, George M. Bartholomew, Robert E. Day, John M. Meritt, George Meritt, and Richard F. Brown. Francis Fellows, of Hartford, and John J. Meritt, of Brooklyn, are' the chief stockholders in the proposed line.
